Broadway is inspired by the theaters in New York City, Chef Amar Santana, an award-wining chef and runner up on Top Chef: 13, creates an atmosphere where the food becomes the main “show.” The restaurant menu features top quality ingredients, with a focus on local and seasonal ingredients.
I played a key role in shaping Broadway’s brand by redesigning its identity, managing social media, and art directing the menu and food photography.
